Ulama Forum for Nigeria don condemn di recent violens and vandalisms wey happen for some states during hardship protest. Prime 9ja Online Pidgin report say protesters bin dey burn tings, kill people, and do violens, especially for North.
Ulama sign statement on Saturday, say: "We no agree with di way protesters dey behave for some states, dey destroy government and private property, and kill people. Na sad tin to see youth, wey be future of dis country, dey show violens like animal."
Dem say protesters no spare mosques, hospitals, street lights, and even tings wey government provide for youth empowerment. "Dis show say our society don decay morally and ethically."
Ulama beg government to quick quick find way to stop di violens, and beg protesters to no dey violent again. "Make una use dialogue to talk to government and find out wetin dem dey do. Dialogue na di best way to solve problem and find lasting solution."
Dem also tell youth to follow government programs like Skill-Up Artisan Programme (SUPA), Nigerian Youth Academy (NIYA), National Youth Talent Export Programme (NATEP), and credit facilities wey government announce. "Youth should track dis programs and strategies to benefit from dem well well."
