Di new leadership of di armed forces don start di process of reviewing di 2017 HTACOS wey don overdue. Di committee wey dey review di rule get members from di three services and different professions for di armed forces. Dem still dey refine di draft, dem need input from stakeholders," im talk.
Gusau talk say di media reports show say dem no do proper research, dem suppose consult di right people instead of dey rely on hear-say.
