Ruto make dis announcement in live broadcast, say "Offices like dat of First Lady don exist before, but from tomorrow we go do away with dat and other offices so we fit check our spending."
He also confirm say Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) positions no go be filled, following court ruling wey declare de positions unconstitutional. "On CASs, court declare demself on dat and we have respect dat. No CAS go be appointed till we have economy wey support more opportunities."
Ruto bin nominate 50 Chief Administrative Secretaries (CASs) to take up roles for govment, but legal challenge filed in court contest de legitimacy of dese appointments.
