Ogunlende say the idea na to make the residents benefit from am and no need to pay for health services for Lagos hospitals. He say the economic hardship wey dey ground for the country don make am difficult for many people to afford healthcare.
Ogunlende, wey be the Pioneer of Real Acts of Kindness (RAK) Development Foundation, say the idea na to relieve people of the present economic hardship wey dey ground. He say the scheme don pay for already and na just to take advantage of am.
He talk say the second pillar for the developmental plan of Gov. Sanwo-Olu administration, wey dem call T.H.E.M.E.S Agenda, na Health and Environment. E talk say health still remain on the priority list of every government and Lagos state no fit be an exception.
Ogunlende urge the residents of Badagry to take advantage of the insurance scheme and make use of am. Mr Ebenezer Toyon, wey be the National Coordinator, Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA), talk for the event too.
E say the agency and the Office of Civic Engagement for Lagos State Health Insurance Scheme (Ilera Eko) for the 20 Local Government Areas of the State dey collaborate for the scheme. The aim na to promote Ilera Eko Health plan and also make many Lagos residents enroll for the scheme.
