Police spokesman for Kogi, SP Williams Ovye-Aya talk for Lokoja say the Commissioner of Police, Mr Yekini Ayoku don deploy operational and tactical assets to search for the area where dem attack the INEC officials.
“Police commissioner don give order make him men find the people wey do the attack and make dem bring dem come face the law,’’ Ovye-Aya talk.
Him praise police operatives wey fight the attackers and urge people for the area make dem report anybody wey dem see with bullet wound to security agency wey dey near dem.
“The good thing na say police wey follow INEC team no dey dull as dem respond quickly when dem see say hoodlums wan attack.
“Police wey dem send come the area join for the fight and the attackers run comot with injuries,’’ Ovye-Aya talk.
