“INEC, Lagos state, read with great surprise and concern on the social media in respect of the removal of all Igbos and South-South staff in Lagos state from participating as ad hoc staff in the state during the forthcoming Governorship and House of Assembly elections on March 18,” INEC talk.
INEC talk say dem never commot di names of any South-South or Igbo ad hoc staff for di election. E explain say dem engage 738 ad hoc staff (Collation Officers) for di Presidential and National Assembly Elections wey happun on February 25 for Lagos State, but dem go need only 427 collation officers for di election wey go happun on Saturday.
“Members of staff wey be Igbo and South-South, go still work as collation officers for di election wey go happun on Saturday,” INEC talk.
Dem add say di talk wey dem talk with “Obidients, Sanwo-Olu and Tinubu,” for telephone no happun at all. Dem talk say anybody wey get di tori about di time and day wen dem tok am, make dem tell di public.
